Lighthouse ME INFORMATION REQUEST FORM



LighthouseME is a project of the "Immigrant Defense Hotline" led by the Maine Immigrants' Rights Coalition (MIRC) with our coalition members and partners. LighthouseME has a mission to illuminate the impacts of immigration enforcement activities on Maine through publicly accessible datasets and evaluative reports. Given the sensitive nature of personally identifiable information (PII)---which may be collected through photo, video, or text data---LighthouseME reserves certain data that may cause harm if released publicly.


Legal and governmental community members may use this form to request certain non-public information from the LighthouseME Archive. Complete the sections below sharing your contact, information request, intended use, timeframe, and other details.


  • PROVISION TIME: Development and provision of responsive information takes time. We are generally not able to provide information with less than 48 hours notice.


  • PROVISION FORMAT: MIRC may require the requesting organization to complete a "Confidentiality Agreement" before providing information. MIRC reserves the right to decline provision of any information. Organizations may formally subpoena MIRC for information in the LighthouseME project.


  • INFORMATION SCOPE: The Immigrant Defense Hotline and LighthouseME project by MIRC do not retain most text based PII, such as names of individuals, A-numbers, home addresses, or other such information. Please see our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Information Request Policy for additional information on Hotline Data retention and access.


The Maine Immigrants' Rights Coalition Reserves the right not to respond to any request submitted in bad faith or with missing or incomplete request fields.
